Bakery Technician (Jakarta) PDF Print E-mail

General Job functions ;

  • To initiate and develop new products, products forms and novel product formulations.
  • To coordinate with Sales Department or other Departments to propose new solutions.
  • To initiate in resolving problems and making recommendations to new product.

Job Qualifications ;

  • Male or Female (Indonesian Nationality), age 25 – 30 years old.
  • Diploma in Food Science, Food Technology, Product Development or Food Engineering in Food Science Department or related fields.
  • At least 1-2 year experience as R&D of Food Industry especially in Bakery Product, and Product development is a must.
  • Knowledge of Product development skill, Food Processing skill, sensory evaluation and presentation skill.
  • Highly proficient with MS office applications.
  • Proactive, interpersonal and leading skill, positive attitude, good team player and can work hard under pressure with tight deadline.
